Platform Usage
This document sets out the conditions governing your use of the adv350 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the adv350 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and adv350 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The adv350 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to participate in online betting activities in Malaysia.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on adv350. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. adv350 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. adv350 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Account Suspension & Closure
Adv350 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, system manipulation, terms violations, or suspicious activity. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a breach may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an adv350 user, you agree to:
- Using the platform solely for lawful personal purposes and not for any commercial use without written consent from adv350.
- Not using any automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Not spreading false information, harassing other users, or taking any action that undermines the integrity of the platform.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia relating to the use of online services and betting activities.
- Not using another person's account or creating fake accounts for any purpose.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on adv350 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX and DuitNow. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. For withdrawals, processing times range from one to three business days depending on the selected method and internal verification procedures. adv350 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the adv350 account holder. adv350 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Any attempt to circumvent the verification process may result in account suspension.
Adv350 is not responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that may be imposed on your winnings or transactions by the relevant authorities. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their own tax obligations.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Adv350 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform — including financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or errors in data display. The platform is provided "as is" and adv350 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability of its services.
Intellectual Property
All content on the adv350 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software and visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of adv350 or its relevant third-party licensors. Use, copying, distribution or reproduction of this content without written permission from adv350 is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
Where references to third-party services or platforms appear in any adv350-related communications, users are reminded that adv350 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
6. Amendments & Applicable Law
Changes to These Terms
Adv350 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the official adv350 website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the adv350 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate mechanisms under applicable Malaysian law.
